Initiative Card Creator
Use the form to create a initiative card. Only the card will print (using CSS magic). I recommend printing this out, cutting on the dotted lines, and gluing it to a magnetic sheet so that you can stack HP or status tokens. Read my article on Deluxe Initiative Cards to learn more.
